The Easter Mission is three evenings of music, talks, prayer and adoration, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, April 24 -26, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
The Vocation Office of the Archdiocese of Boston invites you to join us for an Evening of prayer, food, and conversation. Following evening prayer and dinner, you, your parents or chaperone, and Fr. Colarusso will be welcomed to a casual discussion with Cardinal Seán about vocations, prayer, and the call to holiness that God places on each of our hearts.

• Visit to St. John's Seminary in Boston ο We will be offering a FREE trip on Sunday morning 4/23 for teens to tour, attend Mass, and have FREE brunch at St. John's Seminary in Boston. We'll be meeting at St. Athanasius at 9am to carpool and be back in Reading by or around 1pm. ο THIS EXPERIENCE CAN BE WORTH FOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS for the teens needing to complete community service requirements for Confirmation 1 or 2. ο Please sign up with Brad by Monday, 4/17 if you'd like to join. Space is limited! • Cor Unum Meal Center ο Our next visits to serve dinner at Cor Unum Meal Center in Lawrence are on Saturdays 4/29 and 5/27. These trips are open to ages 13 and up. ο Meet at 3:15pm in the St. Athanasius Parish Center and return around 7 or 8pm. ο PLEASE SIGN UP WITH BRAD ONE WEEK BEFOREHAND. SPACE IS LIMITED. • Mother's Day weekend flower bouquet fundraiser ο Our youth ministry program will be running our annual Mother's Day weekend bouquet fundraiser to help support our offerings for teens in Reading and the surrounding area. We will be selling flowers after Mass on 5/13 and 5/14. We need teens to work at the tables to help sell for 30 minutes after each Mass. ο Please contact Brad if you'd like to volunteer. We hope you come out to buy a bouquet and support us! • Family Masses ο Our next Family Masses at St. Athanasius are at 9am on Sundays 5/14 (Mother's Day), and 6/25. ο For our Family Masses, we seek teens and youth to help with the Mass by serving as lectors for the readings, bringing up the gifts, and assisting with the offeratory collection. ο Please sign up with Brad if you would like to participate in the Family Mass.

St. Theresa's is pleased to once again host a benefit concert of show tunes performed by Bella and the Fellas on Friday, May 12th at 7:30 pm in the parish hall. Bella and the Fellas' "trunk style" shows utilize music, dialogue, narration, and small props to transport audiences to the world of each musical. Lost In Translation: The Language of Love features favorite songs from My Fair Lady, West Side Story, and Guys and Dolls, performed by Kim Lamoureux, soprano, Michael Merullo, tenor, and Nicholas Pothier, piano and narration. Tickets are $10 at the door, and there will be a reception to follow. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the church. We hope to see you there!
