You are expected to park in your designated area. Parking hang tags will be checked on a regular basis by school principals, the Denton Police Department, Law Enforcement program and DISD security. Parking hang tags must be placed on the inside rear view mirror. The permit number must be visible through the front windshield. Exceptions will be made for motorcycles. The tags will be checked regularly for security purposes. All students parking will be, "First come, First serve” Fees Parking The cost for parking tags is as follows:  $15 Parking Fee  $3 for replacement tag

Violations Students who violate the rules for parking will be charged the following fines:

 1st Violation- $15.00  2nd Violation- $25.00  3rd Violation- $35.00

Students are expected to follow all normal rules of lawful vehicle operation while on campus. Any reckless or careless driving could result in a loss of driving/parking privileges at the ATC. ATC & CH Collins Athletic Complex parking lots will be subject to inspection and searches by school personnel, local authorities and drug canines. The following items are never allowed on campus: WEAPONS: including guns, knives or any type of ammunition, Illegal drugs or paraphernalia or over the counter drugs in quantities that violate DISD policy, alcohol and any tobacco product. Vehicles without an ATC parking tag may be towed or fined at the owner’s expense. All violations for parking are enforced through the law enforcement program. Failure to pay this fine and/or excessive parking lot violations will result in a loss of parking privileges and discipline. Students are not allowed to go to the parking lot for any reason during class unless they get permission from the principal or front office personnel. This policy will be strictly enforced. PARKING PRIVILEGES MAY BE SUSPENDED OR REVOLKED BY ANY ADMINISTRATIOR FOR DISCIPLINARY INFRACTIONS. **COPY OF CURRENT DRIVER’S LICENSE & INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED** I have read and understand these parking rules and procedures and agree to adhere to these policies. I understand that the parking permit is the property of Advanced Technology Complex and must be surrendered in the event I withdraw. All permits are non transferable and non refundable. This permit is active for the 2016-2017 school year only. I understand that driving and parking at the ATC is a privilege, not a right.
