CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The Ski Swap is operated by Ski & Snowboard Club Vail (SSCV) as an independent fundraising effort 2. Equipment acceptance is subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject any and all equipment which in our opinion is not in good and proper order. 3. Charges: Any item sold will have a 25% commission deducted from the sale price 4. Pickup: Unsold items must be picked up between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM on Sunday, Sept 10th in the VSSA Cafeteria. Any items that are not picked up by 1:30pm will become the property of SSCV. 5. Payment for items sold: All sales are fnal and monies shall be paid to you by SSCV check only. Checks will be mailed to you within approximately 10 working days after the event. 6. Beyond exercise of reasonable care, SSCV does not assume any responsibility for losses due to theft, fire, vandalism, computer error, or misplaced bar codes.
