AUTHOR GUIDELINES  Sriwijaya Law Review Sriwijaya Law Review (SLRev) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year by Faculty of Law Sriwijaya University in January and July. SLRev publishes original research articles or review articles. The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academic, researchers and practitioners for publishing their original research articles or review articles. SLRev is available in printed and online version. English is language used in this journal. The scope of the articles published overs a broad range of topics in the fields of Criminal Law, Private Law/Business Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, Administrative Law, Medical Law, Environmental Law.  Review Policy Submitted manuscripts are subject to reviews by an editorial team board and a peer reviewer who are experts and familiar with the relevant field of research. After review process, the Managing Editor will inform the authors of the acceptance, rejection or necessity of revision of the manuscript.  Open Access Policy This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 Paper Format The word limit for the submission is 4000-10000 words, dual-column format A4 paper. The manuscripts should contain: title; astract; five to seven keywords; introduction; method (for original research articles); analysis and discussion; conclusion; and bibliography.  Headings of Manuscripts Following headings should be provided in the manuscript. Main headings, subheadings and sub-sub headings should not be numbered in the manuscript: HEADING Sub-Headings Sub-sub headings Point headings  Title Title is written in English 14 pt Times New Roman Bold and preferably not more than 12 words. Put author(s) name, e-mail, full addresses, affiliations, Tel./Fax, and postal codes under the title.  Abstract The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. The abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, objectives of the article, followed by a statement regarding the methodology and a brief summary of the results. Abstract is written in English. Font Times New Roman 11 pt and between 250 and 300 words.

 Keywords Keywords are arranged by alphabetically and should have at least five to seven keywords separated by a semicolon (;).  Introduction Introduction should be clear and provide the issue(s) discussed in the manuscript. At the end of the paragraph, the author(s) should end with comment on the identification of the issue(s) and the objective(s) of the research.  Method The method is written in descriptive and should provide a statement regarding the method of the research. This method is optional, and only for original research articles.  Analysis and Discussion Sub-analysis and discussion contain the results of the analysis and discussion of the objective of the study.  Conclusion Conclusion should clear, concise and answer the issue(s). Do not repeat the abstract or restate the experimental results. Furthermore, provide a clear scientific justification.  Bibliography Bibliography is at the end of the manuscript. It is recomended the manuscript uses the Mendeley Program and the Harvard Citation Style. All publications cited should be included as a list of Bibliography, arranged alphabetically.

 Figures/Graphics The figures should be clearly readable and at least have a resolution of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) for best printing quality.  Table Table is made with the open model (without the vertical lines).  Publication Ethics Sriwijaya Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal as committed to keep and uphold the highest standards of publication ethics. All articles which are not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication at any time even after the publication.
