Key Note Speakers Antoine ZHOU - Head of Customer Value Management BNP Paribas Cardif Antoine ZHOU has worked over 20 years in insurance industry and in actuary in particular. Before taking recently the position as head of Customer Value Management of BNP Paribas Cardif, he has been, during over 5 years, in charge of an actuarial team dedicated to monitoring insurance portfolio by measuring & piloting portfolio engagements, risks and revenues. Before joining BNP Paribas, Antoine spent years working at AXA, focusing on results & profitability analysis, asset liability management. He worked as vice president and CFO of AXA in China leading 4 departments including : Finance, Actuary, IT and Operations. Antoine holds a doctorate in industrial engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris, and a master in innovation management from Dauphine University of Paris. He is an engineer from Huazhong University of Science and Terchnology and is also certified as qualified actuary of Institut des Actuaires.

Hua Sun-Bai – Director, Equity Capital Markets France BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking Hua joined BNP Paribas in 1997 as an associate in the Merger & Acquisition business within the Corporate Finance department and later moved to the Equity Capital Markets team in 1999. She is in charge of fund raising through IPOs, capital increases, issuances of convertible and exchangeable bonds for French large and mid-sized corporates. Hua holds a Master of Management from HEC Paris and a BA of Foreign Languages from Fudan University in Shanghai.

Charles CHEN - Director, GTB-Treasury Solutions BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking Charles has been working for BNP PARIBAS Group for almost 18 years. His current role is acting as Asian Transaction Banking expert based in Europe, to coordinate and support the promotion of BNPP GTB-APAC offers (both Cash Management and Trade solutions) throughout the European network. He started his career with BNPP in China since year 1995 as relationship manager, and eventually was leading the MNC coverage team of BNP Paribas China. In year 2005, he was appointed the "Head of Cash Management - China" to establish and develop the cash management business for BNP Paribas in China market. End of 2011, he was chosen and expatriated to Europe to take the current mission. Charles holds a Master in International Finance from Fudan University and an EMBA from CEIBS (China European International Business School).

Dennis Tian, CFA - Portfolio Manager, Alternative Fixed Income BNP Paribas Investment Partners Dennis has over 6 year experience in buy-side credit analysis and portfolio construction in both the European and US market. His current work focuses on the management of levered and unlevered portfolios of syndicated LBO loans (senior secured, 2nd lien and mezzanine) for institutional investors. In addition, Dennis is responsible for the sourcing and trading of syndicated corporate senior loans in European market and he supports lead portfolio managers on industry and capital structure allocations. Dennis started his career as a fixed income trader in ABN Amro, when he joined BNPP IP as an investment analyst in 2007, his industry research focused on the healthcare, industrial, chemical and packaging sectors. Later as a portfolio constructor, he was responsible for portfolio optimization and simulation. Dennis holds a BSc in International Business Administration and a MSc in Finance and Investments (Cum Laude), both from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he also took roles as teaching assistant in mathematics and research assistant in relation to the TASS hedge fund database for the Faculty of Finance. In addition, Dennis is a CFA charter holder.
