Bases 1.

El certamen está abierto a estudiantes de cualquier centro universitario o de nivel equivalente a nivel nacional así como a alumnos de bachillerato de la CAV, al personal y exalumnado de la Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao – San Sebastián) y colaboradores de La Espiral (http://laespiral.deusto.es/).

El soporte a utilizar será papel y la técnica libre en cada una de las dos categorías: Junior y Senior.

El tema de esta tercera edición es: Agua Fuente de vida, no siempre valorada pero valiosa… hasta lo imprescindible.

4.

Las obras deben ser originales, inéditas y no premiadas con anterioridad al fallo del jurado.

Cada autor/a podrá presentar una única obra.

Las medidas mínimas serán de 30 x 42 cm y la máxima de 50 x 70 cm. Las obras se presentarán sobre un soporte de cartulina que forme un marco de 4 cm alrededor de ella por todos sus lados. En ese marco se situará el título de cada dibujo en letra Century Gothic, tamaño de fuente 14. Detrás del marco de cartulina se indicará el seudónimo del autor/a.

Junto con la obra se entregará un sobre cerrado con el título de la obra y el seudónimo del autor. Dentro de este sobre se incluirá un documento con los siguientes datos: nombre y apellidos del autor/a (seguido del seudónimo utilizado entre paréntesis); NIF; Facultad, centro o departamento; teléfono de contacto y correo electrónico; y categoría a la que se presenta (Junior o Senior). En el caso de estudiantes se incluirá una fotocopia de la matrícula que le acredite como estudiante de su centro o una fotocopia de su título o expediente académico en el caso de alumnos egresados de la UD. En el caso de personal UD se incluirá una fotocopia del carné acreditativo. En el caso de los colaboradores de La Espiral se incluirá un pantallazo con alguna publicación del autor/a en la revista.

El plazo de entrega finalizará el 25 de abril de 2017, aceptándose los trabajos que presenten matasellos de esa fecha o anterior. Los trabajos se entregarán, siempre en días lectivos según el calendario académico (consultar web) de lunes a viernes en: Deusto Campus Universidad de Deusto Avda. El fallo del jurado será inapelable y se hará público el 15 de mayo de 2017 en la página web de la Universidad.

Serán concedidos un primer premio de 150 euros en cada categoría. El jurado podrá considerar desiertos los premios u otorgar algún premio honorífico no económico. Una misma persona no podrá recibir más de un premio.

11.

Las obras quedarán en propiedad de la Universidad que se reserva los derechos de exposición, reproducción y publicación de las mismas. Podrán ser expuestas en el Campus de Bilbao y San Sebastián y ofrecidas a aportación y/o subasta y la recaudación íntegra será destinada a la Campaña Hospitalidad a favor de los refugiados. Los autores cuyas obras sean adquiridas recibirán un diploma en el que conste. Las obras no adquiridas podrán ser recogidas por los autores del 1 al 22 de julio de 2017, a excepción de las obras premiadas que quedarán en propiedad de la universidad, que sin menoscabo de los derechos de autoría se reserva el derecho de exposición, reproducción y publicación de las mismas. Pasado el plazo de recogida la universidad no se responsabiliza de las obras. La recogida se hará en el mismo lugar de entrega en el siguiente horario: 10:00-13:30, siempre en días lectivos según el calendario académico (consultar web).

La participación en este certamen presupone la íntegra aceptación de estas bases.

Oinarriak 1.

Lehiaketan unibertsitateko edozein ikastegitako ikasleek, EAEko batxilergoko ikasleek, Deustuko Unibertsitateko langileek eta ikasle ohiek (Bilboko zein Donostiako campusetakoek) eta La Espiral aldizkari digitaleko kolaboratzaileek har dezakete parte.

Erabiliko den euskarria papera izango da eta teknika librea izango da, bi kategoriatan: Junior eta Senior.

3.

Hirugarren edizio honetako gaia hauxe da: Ura Bizitzaren iturria, ez da beti baloratzen baina baliotsua da… nahitaezkoa izateraino.

4.

Marrazkiak orijinalak, inoiz argitaratu gabeak eta epaimahaiak epaia eman aurretik sekula saritu gabeak izan behar dute.

Egile bakoitzak marrazki bakarra aurkeztu ahal izango du.

Gutxieneko neurriak 30 x 42 izango dira eta gehienezkoak 50 x 70. Lanek, euskarri gisa kartoi mehe bat izango dute, 4cm ko marko bat osatuko duena bere inguruan alde guztietatik. Marko horretan, irudi bakoitzaren izenburua jarriko da, Century Gothic letra-motan eta 14ko tamainan. Kartoi mehezko markoaren atzealdean, egilearen izengoitia jarriko da.

Marrazkiarekin batera, gutun-azal itxi bat entregatuko da, lanaren izenburuarekin eta egilearen izengoitia idatzita. Gutun honen barruan, hurrengo datuak dituen dokumentu bat egongo da: egilearen izen-abizenak, eta jarraian, erabiltzen duen izengoitia, parentesi artean; IFZ; fakultatea, zentroa edo saila; harremanetarako telefono zenbakia eta helbide elektronikoa; eta aurkezten diren kategoria: (Junior edo Senior). Ikasleek gaur egun zentroko ikasle direla egiaztatzen duen matrikularen fotokopia sartuko dute, edo bere tituluaren ala espediente akademikoaren fotokopia bat, Deustuko Unibertsitateko ikasle ohien kasuan sartuko dute. DUko langileen kasuan, bertako langile direla egiaztatzen duen txartelaren fotokopia sartuko da. La Espiral aldizkariko kolaboratzaileen kasuan, autoreak argitaratutako idatzi baten kopia bat gehituko da. Marrazkiak emateko azken eguna 2017ko apirilaren 25a izango da, eta egun horretako edo aurreko egun bateko zigilu marka duten lanak onartuko dira. Epaimahaiaren epaia apelaezina izango da, eta 2017ko maiatzaren 15ean jarriko da ikusgai Unibertsitatearen web orrian.

Lehenengo saria 150 eurokoa izango da kategoria bakoitzean. Epaimahaiak sariak eman gabe utz ditzake edo sari bereziren bat eman, eta sariak ez du zertan ekonomikoa izan. Pertsona batek ezin izango du sari bat baino gehiago jaso.

Marrazkiak unibertsitatearen jabetzakoak izango dira. lan horiek erakusteko eta erreproduzitzeko eskubidea edukiko du Unibertsitateak. Bilboko eta Donostiako kanpusetan erakutsiko dira. Dohaintzan edo enkante baten bidez eskainiko dira, eta jasotako diru kopuru osoa errefuxiatuen aldeko Hospitalidad kanpainara joango da. Euren marrazkiak saltzea lortzen duten autoreei esker oneko diploma bat emango die Unibertsitateak. Bertan agertuko da argazkia haiek egina dela eta lana erosi egin dietela. Saltzen ez diren argazkiak 2017ko uztailaren 1etik 22ra jaso ahal izango dituzte egileek, baina ez dira itzuliko saritutako argazkiak. Horiek Unibertsitatearen jabetzan geratuko dira. Epe hori igarota, Unibertsitateak eskubidea izango du jaso gabeko argazkiak artxibatu edo suntsitzeko. Ematen diren toki berean jasoko dira marrazkiak, 10:00etatik 13:30era; betiere egutegi akademikoak zehaztutako eskola egunen arabera (web orrian kontsultatu).

Rules 1.

The competition is open to all students from any university center or equivalent at national level, as well as to high school students from the Basque Country, staff and graduates from the University of Deusto (Bilbao/San Sebastian) and collaborators of La Espiral. (http:// laespiral.deusto.es/).

The support will be paper, and the technique will be free. There are two categories: Junior and Senior.

The theme of this third competition is: Water Source of life, not always valued, but valuable ... to the essential.

Works must be original, previously unpublished and not awarded.

5.

Each author can only submit 1 work.

6.

The minimum dimensions are 30 x 42cm, and the maximum 50 x 70cm. The works must be submitted glued to a cardboard with a framework of 4 cm in every side. The title of the drawing must be included in the framework, in Century Gothic font type, size 14. The author´s pseudonym must be on the back of the cardboard.

Together with the drawing, an envelope will be sent, with the title of the work and the pseudonym of the author. Inside the envelope, there will be a document with the following personal data: title of the work; the author´s name and surnames followed by the pseudonym used between brackets; ID number; faculty, centre of department; contact telephone numbers and email address; and the category. In the case of students, a photocopy of a document stating that she/he is a currently enrolled student or a photocopy of the title or academic record in the case of UD Graduates. In the case of UD staff, a photocopy of the university card must be included. In the case of La Espiral collaborators, a screenshot with a publication of the author in the magazine.

The submission deadline is 25 April 2017. Drawings with postmarks on that date or earlier will also be accepted. The jury´s decision will be final and winners will be announced on 15 May 2017 on the University´s webpage.

A first prize worth 150 Euros will be awarded in both categories. The jury may decline to give awards in any category or award some special honorary prize, not necessarily economic in nature. Participants cannot be awarded with more than one prize.

11.

The awarded works may be published by the University of Deusto and will be owned by the University, which reserves the rights to exhibit and reproduce them. They will be exhibited in the Campus of Bilbao and San Sebastian. They will be available for contribution and/or auction and all the proceeds will go to the Jesuit Refugee Service. The authors whose works are purchased will receive an acknowledgement diploma from the University stating the acquisition of their work. Unpurchased works can be collected by authors from 1 to 22 July 2017, except for the winning works, which will become property of the university. After this period, the university reserves the right to file or destroy uncollected works. Collection can be made from the same place of delivery at the following timetable: 10:00-13:30, always in school days according to the academic calendar (consult web) .
