Event แนวโน้มของบริ ษทั ใน 4Q60 และปี 2561 Impact คาดว่ ากาไรสุ ทธิใน 4Q60 จะเพิม่ ขึน้ YoY เรายังคงประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ปี FY60 เอาไว้ที่ 873 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 15.9% YoY ซึ่งแปลว่ากาไรสุ ทธิใน 4Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 234 ล้านบาท (+18.1% YoY, -22.7% QoQ) โดยกาไรที่เพิ่มขึ้น YoY จะมาจาก i) จานวน ผูป้ ่ วยที่ชาระด้วยเงินสดที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่ อง (ทั้งผูป้ ่ วยนอก และผูป้ ่ วยใน) ii) รายได้ที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากการ ปรับขึ้นอัตราค่ารักษาพยาบาลของสานักงานประกันสังคม และ iii) ผลการดาเนินงานของ WMH ที่ดีข้ ึน อย่างต่อเนื่ อง (ซึ่งมีโอกาสจะถึงจุดคุม้ ทุนในไตรมาสนี้ ) ทั้งนี้ เมื่อพิจารณาผลการดาเนิ นงานรายเดือน เรา คิดว่าผลประกอบการใน 4Q จะแข็งแกร่ งที่สุดในเดือนพฤศจิกายน และเราคาดว่า WMH น่าจะเริ่ มมีกาไร สุ ทธิ เป็ นครั้งแรก IVF จะช่ วยหนุน margin ให้ เพิม่ ขึน้ นอกเหนือจากธุรกิ จในปั จจุบนั แล้ว BCH ยังมีแผนจะขยายบริ การทาเด็กหลอดแก้ว ‘In Vitro Fertilisation’ (IVF) ที่ World Medical Hospital (WMH) โดย IVF เป็ นกระบวนการช่วยผูม้ ีบุตรยากด้วยการนาไข่ออกมา ผสมกับเชื้ ออสุ จิภายนอกร่ างกาย (‘ในหลอดแก้ว’) โดยกลุ่มผูใ้ ช้บริ การหลักจะเป็ นชาวจีน ตั้งแต่วนั ที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2558 เป็ นต้นมา มีรายงานว่ารัฐบาลจีนได้เปลี่ยนกฎหมายให้ชาวจีนมีบุตรได้สองคนตั้งแต่มีผล ตั้งแต่วนั ที่ 1 มกราคม 2559 ทั้งนี้ BCH กาลังอยูร่ ะหว่างการเจรจากับตัวแทนชาวจีนเพื่อเริ่ มเปิ ดดาเนิ นการ ภายใน 2Q61 ซึ่งคาดว่าบริ การนี้ จะมีอตั รากาไรขั้นต้นสู งกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของบริ การอื่นๆ คงประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิปี 2560-61 เอาไว้เท่ าเดิม จากผลการดาเนิ นงานที่ดีข้ ึนอย่างต่อเนื่ องของโรงพยาบาลทั้งขั้นปฐมภูมิ (เกษมราษฎร์ และการุ ณเวช) และขั้น premium (WMH) ทาให้เราคาดว่าอัตรากาไรโดยรวมของ BCH จะแข็งแกร่ งต่อเนื่อง ในขณะที่ บริ ษทั ก็สามารถคุมค่าใช้จ่าย SG&A ได้ดี ดังนั้น เราจึงยังคงประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ปี 2560-2561 ไว้ที่ 873 ล้านบาท (+15.9% YoY) และ 1.06 พันล้านบาท (+21.1% YoY) ตามลาดับ Valuation and action BCH ยังคงเป็ นหุ ้นที่เราชอบที่สุดในกลุ่มจากแนวโน้มธุรกิจที่ชดั เจน และกาไรที่คาดว่าจะโตอย่าง ต่อเนื่อง เราเชื่ อว่าจะเห็นแนวโน้มการเติบโตของบริ ษทั ชัดเจนยิง่ ขึ้นเมื่อดาเนิ นการตามแผนการขยาย กิจการ และแผนปรับปรุ งโรงพยาบาลซึ่ งเริ่ มดาเนิ นการมาสองสามปี แล้วเสร็ จเรี ยบร้อย เรายังคง คาแนะนาซื้ อ โดยให้ราคาเป้ าหมายใหม่ที่ 19.20 บาท (DCF; WACC ที่ 8% และ terminal growth ที่ 3.5%) จากเดิม 18.50 บาท Risks ความเสี่ ยงหลักจะมาจากปั ญหาเสถียรภาพทางการเมืองรอบใหม่ของไทย และ เกิดเหตุก่อการร้ ายครั้งใหญ่
