Packages Packages are designed to ensure that you, the philanthropist, can realistically achieve what you’d like to do. We’ll work together to break this down into a manageable work flow. Both the 5 and 10 hour packages are designed around your current goals. We’ll review these together on a monthly basis and update the agreed tasks accordingly. Here are two sample packages to give you an idea of what your package could include. Of course, your specific needs may be different to this and this would be reflected in your package content.

2 hours – research 3 best practice case studies for your signature cause 1 hour – list of 5 ideas for blog posts 1 hour – working on your actions for a not-for-profit Trustee role that you hold 1 hour – diary management to set up meetings with key stakeholders

2 hours – research 3 best practice case studies for your signature cause 2 hours – list of 5 ideas for blog posts, 1 x draft blog post 1 hour – working on your actions for a not-for-profit Trustee role that you hold 1 hour – diary management to set up meetings with key stakeholders 3 hours – 1st stage planning for webinar to promote a grant making programme 1 hour – updating your LinkedIn profile to more accurately reflect your signature cause

Sample Package 3 (20 hours/month) - £1,000 • • • • •

5 hours – project management – keeping several projects on track at the same time 2 hours – researching which key metrics to track enabling you to measure your social impact 4 hours - website audit for a refresh and then creating a plan for updating content 2 hours – client relationship management – follow-up via email with several contacts with whom you’d like to touch base and discuss potential partnerships 2 hours – creating a set of 5 powerpoint slides with graphics to accompany a presentation

Tailor made and one-off packages: please get in touch to discuss your perfect package.

Please note: All packages must be used within 4 weeks. Packages 1, 2 and 3 are retainer packages. Once a list of tasks has been confirmed a retainer agreement will be drawn up and signed by both parties. Retainer packages are paid in advance by standing order. Any additional time over the package will be invoiced at the hourly rate for that package at the end of the month, with payment due within 14 days. Please see T&Cs for full information.
