About the Android Apps Development workshop The Android Development course is primarily designed for programmers who want to learn how to create applications in Android. You will create widgets, Customize List view, Grid view, Spinners etc, create applications using audio & video finally publish it on Google Play.
Android Apps Development training Objective program After completing the Android Development training you should be able to understand: 1. Basic Android Development tools such as Android Studio, DDMS, Drawables, Listeners, and so on. 2. How to use various Layouts and Widgets in Android Applications. 3. How to create interactive applications in android with multiple activities including audio, video and notifications. 4. How to publish your App on Google Play.

ABOUT STAGES OF Android Apps Championship-2016
AppsFluxus’16 is a National Level Android Apps Championship & Workshop series jointly organized by Cognizance of IIT-Roorkee & Finland Labs TM. All the preliminary rounds will held at Zonal Centers across India in present academic year & the grand finale will be held at IIT-Roorkee
1st Stage (To be held at Zonal Centers): Competitions will held at different Zonal centers through workshop on Android Apps Development.
All the participants who want to participate in Android Apps Championship are required to attend the workshop at any zonal center.
2nd Stage (Prelims rounds to be held at zonal center): Just after the workshop a Prelims Rounds of AppsFluxus-2016 will held at zonal center.
Winners will be awarded with Certificate of Merit and will be eligible to participate in Final Rounds which will be held at IIT-Roorkee.
3rd Stage (FINAL Round to be held at IIT-Roorkee): Winners of zonal centers will be called to participate in the biggest final round of Android Apps championship will held at IIT-Roorkee Top 3 Teams will be awarded as winners of The AppsFluxus-2016 championship & will be awarded & honored by Cognizance IIT-Roorkee.

Who should go for this workshop? All those students and professionals who are keen to create amazing Apps in Android should go for this course. What are the pre-requisites for this workshop? Anyone who wants to learn Android should have a Core Java knowledge along with an analytical blend of mind and logic reasoning. We also provide a complimentary course "Java Object Oriented Concepts" to all the participants who enroll for the Android Development course. This course helps you brush up your Java skills and clear your concepts in Java What are the other requirement for this workshop?
Seminar hall/classroom having the enough capacity to conduct hands-on-session for all participants. Good Quality public address system ideally two cordless mikes will be required. Projector/ Screen along with black/white board for teaching and presentation purposes. One small stereo jack cord to in laptop for its sound system. This workshop can only be arranged for a minimum of 60 Participants 2-Days accommodation to our resource team.
