COMPLAINT The Complainant, being duly sworn, makes complaint to the above-named Court and states that there is probable cause to believe that the Defendant committed the following offense(s). The complainant states that the following facts establish PROBABLE CAUSE:

Complainant, Mark Sletta, of the Minneapolis Police Department, has investigated the facts and circumstances of this offense and believes the following establishes probable cause: On or about November 8, 2012, officers were called to a residence in the 1800 block of Girard Avenue North, City of Minneapolis, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on a report of a burglary. Officers learned from the witnesses that three males and one female had forced entry and demanded property to be returned. The suspects were later identified as TERRICK ANTHONY RUFFIN, Defendant Ruffin herein; DALE EUGENE JAMISON, Defendant Jamison herein; JARQUEZ JAVON BEDFORD, Defendant Bedford herein; and LISA KAY KRUEGER, Defendant Krueger herein. According to a victim identified as B.W., he was home with several relatives, including a number of children, when the suspects forced entry into the residence. B.W. told officers that the suspects ordered the victims to get on the floor at gunpoint and demanded to know where the suspects’ property was located. B.W. told officers that one of the suspects pointed a gun at B.W.’s nephew’s head. B.W. told officers that when the female entered, she said none of the people who robbed her were there and all the suspects left. Officers conducted a show-up with the victims. B.W. identified all four above-named suspects as having been the ones who entered his home as described above. B.W. stated that Defendant JAMISON was the one who had the handgun. B.W. told officers he did not give any of the suspects permission to enter the residence.

STAT. § 609.582, SUBD. 1(b); § 609.11; §609.05 PENALTY: 3-20 YEARS AND/OR $35,000 That on or about November 8, 2012, Minneapolis, in Hennepin County, Minnesota, JARQUEZ JAVON BEDFORD, acting alone or intentionally aiding, advising, hiring, counseling or conspiring with another, entered a building, without consent and with intent to commit a crime or committed a crime while in the building and possessed when entering or while in the building, a dangerous weapon. COUNT 2: BURGLARY - FIRST DEGREE – AID/ABET (FELONY) MINN. STAT. § 609.582, SUBD. 1(c); § 609.05 PENALTY: 0-20 YEARS AND/OR $35,000 That on or about November 8, 2012, Minneapolis, in Hennepin County, Minnesota, JARQUEZ JAVON BEDFORD, acting alone or intentionally aiding, advising, hiring, counseling or conspiring with another, entered a building, without consent and with intent to commit a crime or committed a crime, while in the building and assaulted B.W., a person within the building.
