October, 24-26 2016, Sava Center, Belgrade City of Belgrade, Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and CEDEF continued successful cooperation in the investment program BELGRADE INVESTMENT DAYS 2016. Belgrade investment days 2016 are the annual investment program of Serbia and South East Europe. Belgrade will again be the main meeting place on October 24th, 25th and 26th at the Sava Center. The organizers of this investment platform continue to build a link between East and West, linking the business and financial community through a strong base for direct contacts and business deals. The program of Belgrade investment days is a hub and a focal point where all actors meet the economic growth of the region: financiers, project leaders, country and company representatives. Belgrade Investment Days 2016

Inaugural conference on September 21st and 22nd 2015, in Belgrade, was attended by more than 600 representatives of investment funds, banks, holders of private and public projects and individual companies from all over Europe, China, Russia, Central Asia and the Middle East. In focus of investors were major infrastructure projects of the City of Belgrade, the investment programs of public institutions and other local governments, as well as companies in the privatization process. Belgrade Investment Days are the new meeting place of the investment community, which opens unprecedented opportunities for success. A large number of potential investors from over 20 countries had the opportunity to meet with the holders of projects, company representatives, the City of Belgrade and local governments at the Belgrade Investment Sessions 2015. through more than 50 pre-arranged direct B2B meetings in order to agree co-operation. At Belgrade Investment Sessions 2016. B2B meetings will take place on the 26th October 2016. and we expect an even greater number of arranged meetings in order to agree future cooperation.

Achieved contracts BID 2015 The contract worth $20 million was signed in Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, among Chinese company Xinguodu and company from Serbia-ARSBLUE. The Chinese have shown interest in Belgrade for the industry of engines and tractors where two Chinese delegation, representatives of CMEC and YTO company, visited the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade during the forum. Chinese companies are aware of the strategic importance of Serbia in the Balkans, and show great interest in investing in Serbia and cooperation with Serbian companies. Only a few countries in the world recorded economic growth in the previous year, and Serbia is one of them. Position of Belgrade and Serbia is always attractive to investors, especially now that we are focused on infrastructure and development projects. Belgrade Waterfront is just one of the examples.
