Best Ever Salt Play Dough

3 c. boiling water 3 c. flour 1 ½ c. salt 3 T vegetable oil 2 T cream of tartar

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Let cool and knead in additional ingredients such as food coloring, spices for scent, or glitter, if desired.
