Facilitator Workshop Age Concern Borrow Centre, London Road, Cowplain, PO8 8DB Wednesday 21 October, 1pm to 5pm

Help staff and volunteers teach simple exercises to older people. The four hour training course offers people who work closely with older adults the knowledge and skills to arrange a small exercise session or how to show clients the exercises on a 1-2-1 basis. The exercises only take 20 minutes and can fit in to a variety of situations, ranging from community groups, day centres or sheltered housing schemes.
