AR Celebra on/Field Day We will be celebra ng our Accelerated Reading success this year on Monday, May 21 in the morning. Please be sure your child is dressed for the outdoor ac vi es. In the event of storms we will hold the event on Wednesday, May 23—same me. Thank you to the parents who have signed up to volunteer your me to help with ac vi es Report Cards Report cards and cer ficates will be sent home with students on the last day of school. Book Rental Fees All unpaid 2017-2018 book rental fees must be paid by the last day of school, May 29th. Payments can be made online by credit card, or in our office with cash or check. If you are unsure of your balance please contact Mrs. Hufendick at BGE or Mrs. Chism at BGI at 567-2200 or stop in the office. From The School Nurse If your child has medica on of any kind at school, please be aware that an adult must pick it up by the last day of school. Indiana state law prohibits students from taking any medica on home. All medica on will be disposed of aAer the last day of
school. Please call with any ques ons. Last Day of School The last student day for school is Tuesday, May 29. STPS News Our final STPS mee ng of the school year is scheduled for Monday, May 14th at 6:30 pm in the BGE library. We will be elec ng our officers and reviewing the budget for the 2018/2019 school year. Thank you to all the parents and families who donated food, supplies, giA cards, and their me for Teacher Apprecia on Week, Kindergarten Round-Up and the Ice Cream Social! The A.R. Store Needs YOU! The A.R. store is in dire need of merchandise. The budget has been depleted. (That's a good thing! It means we have a school of readers!) If you have any gently used toys, books, or games that your children no longer play with, the A.R. Store would gladly accept them. Please be sure that all parts and pieces are included and are clean and in working order. The AR store will also accept prepackaged goodies like candy, Rice Krispie Treats, cookies, etc. The Store will also accept monetary dona ons so that addi onal new merchandise can be purchased. Checks should be made payable to Tina Cupp. Thank you for your support!
