Thank you for booking your Birthday Party with us. On arrival On arrival at Bracknell Trampoline Centre, Brakenhale School, you and your guests must access the trampoline centre via the ‘Coningby’ entrance to the school and keep to the path that leads directly to the centre. This is for the schools security. Your party host will meet you and your guests in the reception area of BTC.
Activities Once all your guests have arrived, your host will then take you and your guests into the centre for your hours activities. 10 minutes has been allowed for arrivals so your activities will start 10 mins after the party start time. All parents and guests will need to remove shoes before entering for activities. Shoes are kept in shoe storage containers in reception. You may bring your own music CD if you wish however we do have CD’s available. You may also bring your own bottled water to drink for during activities but this must be in ‘no spill’ sipper bottles. Any other drinks or bottles will not be permitted. Alternatively there is a water fountain in reception for use during activities if required.
Timings The timings below are a guide. Please put the start time as the arrival time on your invitations. You will notice that the activities will start 10 minutes after this. We have allowed 30-45 minutes for the tea time. You can decide how long you think you will need. Please then choose you collection time. Party Start

Providing your own party tea A party table, chairs and tablecloth for your guests is provided. We also decorate the walls. You will be able to decorate further if required. If you are NOT the first party of the day you will be able to set out food approx 15 mins before the children are due to eat, once the previous party has been cleared away. You will NOT be able to lay out food on arrival sorry. Please note that as we have only one area for the party tea, there may be other parties eating when you arrive and vice versa. You will need to clear away and leave table/chairs/room at the end of the party as you found them. Bin bags will be provided. 30 to 45 minutes have been allowed for the party tea and 15 minutes for clearing away and vacating the area please. Our staff will not supervise the party tea.
Catered Parties After activities, 30 to 45 minutes has been allowed for your party tea, which will be laid out ready waiting for guests after activities finish. Your table will be decorated with tablecloth, plates and cups, balloons etc. We do not provide napkins. Please note that as we have only one area for the party tea, there may be other parties eating when you arrive and vice versa. You will need to leave the tea are after the 45 minutes as there may be another party after yours.
What’s Included •
One hours activities with three pitted trampolines, either the inflatable bouncy castle or inflatable bouncy slide, foam pit, large plastic slide, and selection of other equipment to suit your age group (climbing equipment, ball pool, soft play and much more). You have not paid for exclusive hire of the hall, there may be other users but your party will be kept separate from any other classes

Your numbers Please make sure that you do not exceed 20 children. Siblings and the birthday child must be included in the numbers. Please ensure when you give out invitations that it is clear if siblings are/are not invited and included in the numbers.
Mixed age parties Our parties are suitable to children of all ages from walking children to teenagers so don't worry if you are inviting a wide range of ages to the party. Any children walking should be included in the numbers and all children sitting down to eat should also be included.
Your invitations We will send you by e mail with your confirmation, self print invitations for you to use. If you cannot print, or choose to write your own then please make a note of the following points • Please do not put earlier than the start time on your invitations. We have allowed time for every
one to arrive. • We have allowed up to 45 mins for the party tea. If you feel this is too long, please feel free to

Face Painting You may if you wish hire our face painter to add to the excitement of your party. The face painter will work at the side of the trampolines, the children having their faces painted between turns on the trampoline. Children can choose from a varied, imaginative selection of faces, even colour coordinated to suit your outfit! Highly recommended!
Extra Tuition If you have mixed ages at your party (older children or family members) or a sibling wants to bring a small group of friends, or the parents want to try then why not hire our extra tuition package. Suitable for up to 5 guests you will get a private trampoline and coach to either play games or teach.
Tea’s and Coffee’s Our party teatime assistant will be happy to make any tea’s and coffee’s for your guests at the party for a small charge of 50p
A few things to remember…... • Please do not exceed the maximum number of children. This will exceed our coach ratio and invalidate
our insurance. Please contact us if you have a problem with numbers . We can hire in extra staff at additional cost. • Children under four should have a parent stay for the duration of the party. •
Please ensure that you provide 2 responsible adults to assist during the hour of party activities. If you plan to lay out food during this time please allow for this
