COUPEVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING MAY 16, 2016 Call to Order and Flag Salute: The meeting was called to order by Board President Kathleen Anderson at 6:30. Mrs. Anderson, Chris Chan, Venessa Matros, Christie Sears and Superintendent Jim Shank were present. Glenda Merwine and Business Manager Denise Peet were excused. Adoption of the Agenda: Mrs. Matros moved to approve the agenda, as presented. Mrs. Sears seconded and it was unanimously approved. MOTION 2016-56 New Business: There was discussion about the plans presented for the track renovation. After discussing, Mrs. Sears moved to approve the track renovation plans, Mr. Chan seconded and it was unanimously approved. MOTION 2016-57 Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 6:40pm.
