About Author:

A TV, feature film and comic book writer, Madeleine is the winner of the Sloan Fellowship for screenwriting, and the Gold Aurora and Bronze Telly for a PSA produced by Women In Film. She also won numerous awards while completing the UCLA MFA Program in Screenwriting. Having run two successful Kickstarter campaigns, Madeleine also teaches a seminar on "Kickstarter for the Independent Creator" at Pulp Fiction Books in Culver City and has published a book based on the class.

She currently has novelettes and novellas for Kindle, Nook and Smashwords based on her webcomic BOSTON METAPHYSICAL SOCIETY as well as the anothology, BOSTON METAPHYSICAL SOCIETY: PRELUDE. Her goal is to eventually develop a series of novels based in this world. Nov 20, 2016 Hannah Heath Rated it: really liked it Shelves: comic-books Darn good character development. Lots of subtle little things, like Houdini not bowing to Granville because Granville's black or Caitlin calling everyone "sir" because she's poor and they are of a higher class. Very good. The art is enjoyable and I love all the steampunk. Did not see that plot twist coming at the end, either. Excited for more! 3 likes 3 comments
