Multi-function. Multi-benefit Improved productivity Ricoh’s advanced GWNX controller powers features that improve productivity. Save time searching for documents with Searchable PDF. Scan in colour and send to email, folder, USB, SMB, FTP, URL and NCP. To fax, choose from Internet Fax, IP-Fax, LAN-Fax, PCFax, G3-Fax or remote faxing. Network connectivity is built-in as standard, and @Remote gives you internet-based support for remote management.

Green from start to finish The Ricoh line-up has been designed with the environment in mind. Paper-saving features include print preview, quota setting, paperless fax and standard duplex. The Eco Friendly Indicator displays usage status in a pop-up screen. Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) values are extremely low, reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions and power costs. In addition, these devices comply with the latest Energy Star and BAM directives.

Speedy yet compact The MP 2553SP/MP 3053SP/MP 3353SP are up and running in virtually no time at all, thanks to a warm-up time of only 15 seconds and a first copy/print speed of 4.2 seconds. Yet, they are surprisingly compact for such highly functional A3 MFDs. One reason is the optional built-in finisher which maintains the standard footprint whilst providing productive collating and stapling.

Remarkably easy to use Operating these MFDs is a delight. The large, tiltable LCD screen displays clear, animated menus with buttons that are easy to read and use. The screen can be customised for each user with selectable icons. Routine trouble shooting and maintenance tasks are performed simply via full front access. They print from USB memory stick or SD card, while the HDD has a high memory capacity which saves you time during printing.

Step up your productivity with Ricoh’s leading edge display technology Ricoh’s optional 10.1" Wide Super VGA Smart Operation Panel offers the functionality and performance of today’s smartphones and tablets. Featuring drag-and-drop, pinch-and-flick functionality and swipe scrolling, it allows users to quickly move from one task to the next with unprecedented ease. It even includes convenient widgets for quick updates on the date, time and toner levels.

Simplicity at its best Ricoh’s new Quick User Interface feature simplifies the choices for the most frequently used functions for Copy, Scanner and Fax. They can be used with intuitive touch gestures, such as flicking to select addresses, and pinching to zoom in or pan out on a preview.

The smarter way to work For workgroups requiring enhanced feature functionality, it is easy to switch between the Quick User Interface functions and Ricoh’s traditional user interface. Plus the new panel also offers advanced Web Browser functionality on par with today’s mobile devices.

Flexibility leads to productivity

Ricoh Smart Device Connector app When equipped with the optional Smart Operation Panel, you can connect to the MFP automatically by simply scanning the QR code with your iPhone or iPad on the operation panel, or just by simply touching the Near Field Communication (NFC) tag with specific Android devices. You can then copy, print, scan and fax. This means you can use the MFP straight away, without first having to join the office network or search for devices or authenticate.

Ricoh Smart Device Print&Scan app Unlike the Ricoh Smart Device Connector app, this app doesn't require a Smart Operation Panel and it works with Ricoh printers & MFPs. Available for both Apple and Android devices, the free Ricoh Smart Device Print&Scan features advanced printing settings you would normally see on a computer driver, such as paper size, orientation, duplexing, input tray and even stapling and password-protected printing. You can also scan straight to your mobile device and instantly upload your scan to your Dropbox or Google Drive accounts, as well as retrieve documents for printing, with many file formats supported.

Print without a computer Benefit from walk-up convenience. Users can print-from and scan-to USB drives and SD cards directly at the control panel without having to connect their computers. Files saved on the portable media can be previewed on the full-colour screen in list view or as thumbnails.
