The petition for a writ of mandamus is granted. Respondent is ordered to return petitioner to the United States through the Port of Entry at San Ysidro, California, no later than January 16, 2018. Upon petitioner’s entry to the United States, respondent is further ordered to transport petitioner from San Ysidro, California, to Kansas City, Missouri. Respondent is further ordered to provide petitioner with his necessary medications upon arrival in San Ysidro, California. PETITION GRANTED.
