BOS Software Development Plan
2.Product Description The Bizcochos Ordering System (BOS) will solve the bizcochos ordering problem, allowing an easy and faster way of placing the bizcochos orders.
3.Business Context This project will be internally used by our team members, to fulfill a need to collect the bizcochos order in a better way.
4.Product Objectives The objectives of the BOS could be summarized as follows:
Diminish the time spent each day in ordering bizcochos.
Unify the calls to the cantina.
Provide an easy way of keep track of the individual orders
For considering the project successful, it must take less than two weeks to develop.
5.Financial Forecast The project is planned to take 7 days (ref. SW Dev plan), with 3 team members, at 6 work hour/day, will take 126 hours. Spending 1 hour in the bizcochos ordering process, at the end of two years, 480 hours will be spent. (1hr*20days/month*12months*2years) Using this project will allow for a net win of more that 350 productive hours (480-126=354).
6.Constraints The unique constraint of this project will be the staff availability.
