After graduating Magna Cum Laude from UNC Charlotte and North Carolina State University, she settled into a role within one of the largest consulting and professional services firm in the World.  In the realm of recruiting. Latesha has worked with some of the top Universities in the U.S., and has met with hundreds of candidates to fill positions for a company of over 2,000 employees.  Understanding the in’s and out’s of recruiting, Latesha shares insider knowledge with clients on what it takes to be seen as “top talent” to employers.  Throughout that process, she cultivated lessons and learned experiences from her personal and professional experience which she now teaches to her clients.

FAQ's How can I book you for career coaching? Please submit a client questionnaire. Once you fill out a form, you will be contacted via email to schedule a FREE consultation (phone or video call). Phone or video consultation lasts about 15 minutes. 

I would like to sign up for coaching, but I'm not sure which program is right for me? No problem at all! The first step to coaching is knowing that you need to start, and if you're not exactly sure how which program, we can discuss the coaching plans during the consultation and choose the best one for you.  

How much does it cost? How do you take payment? The prices vary by program, depending on program duration and client needs. All payments are invoiced via Paypal. Payment deposit due upfront and payment plans can be arranged. 

I'm very private when it comes to my personal life! Will our conversations be confidential?  All coaching calls are confidential. Before the coaching program begins, we will  both sign a confidentiality agreement. 

Is there a waiting list? To fully give ample attention and service to my clients, I only take a certain amount of clients each month. As spots become open, new clients are taken on a firstcome, first-serve basis.
