To All Members Sub : Transfer of security of Varun Shipping Company Limited from ‘’BZ’’ series to ‘’EQ’’ Series. This is in continuation to our earlier Download Ref. No. NSE/CML/28391 dated December 18, 2014, regarding transferring securities of Varun Shipping Company Limited (VARUNSHIP), to BZ series from EQ series for non-compliance of clause 41(Financial Results) of Listing Agreement. Varun Shipping Company Limited has complied with Clause 41 (Financial Results) of the Listing Agreement and paid requisite fine levied as per SEBI Circular dated September 30, 2013. In the view of the above the security of Varun Shipping Company Limited, shall be transferred from “BZ” series to ‘’EQ’’ series with effect from March 27, 2015. This circular shall be effective from March 27, 2015.
