UCA and Wilton Method ® Instructor will work with you to reschedule your class. Class Information At the end of this class, you will be able to: • Work comfortably with gum paste and fondant • Create numerous flowers, a multi-looped bow and borders using both mediums • Cover a cake and cake board with fondant Supply List You will need to bring the following items to the first session of class. Additional items needed will be purchased for subsequent sessions. Wilton Course 3 Gum Paste and Fondant Student Kit and course book, available locally at Hobby Lobby, in Little Rock at Michael’s, Jo Ann’s and Hobby Lobby. Additional supplies from home: •

OPTIONAL-Wilton Ultimate Cake Decorating Set-includes tools needed for all three Wilton courses (purchase in place of student kit – a GREAT VALUE!) • 1 tablespoon corn starch • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar • ¼ cup white vegetable shortening • Course 3 Gum Paste and Fondant Lesson Plan will be available for purchase. • Reusable disposable cloths • Wilton Ready-To-Use Gum Paste Scissors • Wilton Ready-To-Use Pure White Rolled Fondant (24 oz. size) • ¼ cup water in an airtight container • Wilton 9 in.
