Camporee Registration Information We are only a few short weeks away from the start of the Southern Union Camporee! We are excited and busy getting ready for your arrival. As you prepare to leave for the Camporee we have some final information to help you plan.



As you travel down the sandy road leading into Camp Kulaqua, you will be able to listen to registration information on our Camp Kulaqua/Southern Union Pathfinder Camporee FM low frequency transmitter station 88.1FM



Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday October 10th (no early arrivals will be permitted to enter before 8:00 am). As you approach the gate to Camp Kulaqua, you will be welcomed by our friendly security staff. They will direct you to the Registration Headquarters at the A-Frame building.



When you arrive at the Registration Headquarters, only the Club’s Director should register their Pathfinder Club and receive the programs and supplies. The bus/van/car should proceed to the Conference Camping Site where they will be met by the Conference Pathfinder Director and / or the Conference Pathfinder Coordinator. After the Director registers, they will be given a ride to their Club Camporee site by one of our staff members.



At registration, the Director will receive a packet which will include a colored wristband that each person must wear throughout the camporee. This is their proof of registration. Anyone not wearing a wristband by Wednesday night will be escorted back to the A-Frame while the matter is researched and resolved.



Each paid Pathfinder and Pathfinder Staff will receive a camporee patch, pin, and daily schedule. The Club Director should be prepared to pay for any outstanding registrations at this time if they haven't previously paid by mail or if they are bringing additional Pathfinders and Staff that were not pre-registered.



Pathfinder clubs should bring all their camping supplies that they will need during the Camporee. Pathfinders and staff should bring their camping gear, personal items and Class A uniform.



The Pathfinder Ministries office will be closing on Thursday October 4th and will be closed until Tuesday October 16th for the Camporee.
