middle school drama club low risk This club will take place after school, one night a week. There will be place for 25 students and students will need to audition to participate. The club will be open to students in Years 7 to 9. It’s a great opportunity for the students with a real interest in Drama who want to extend their skills. There will be CAS opportunities for for students in Y12 to support.

tap dance low risk Tap dance is a unique style of dance that is all about the sounds and rhythms made by striking the floor with the metal plates on the ball and heel of the tap shoes – rather like drumming with your feet. No previous experience is required to participate in these classes, you just need a pair of tap shoes, a sense of rhythm and co-ordination, along with a lot of energy and enthusiasm! The classes will consist of basic warm-up exercises and technical footwork training, leading up to longer sequences and routines. Whether you prefer the jazz/rhythm style of Dorrance Dance (who recently performed in the HK Arts Festival) or the Broadway/Musical Theatre style of the big Hollywood musicals, come along to these classes and get started!
