Problem The client, FXDD, had no trust in their Google Analytics and SiteCatalyst data. FXDD needed understanding of site activity: how are people entering the site, how are they browsing it, how do they become a lead? FXDD needed to connect Web Analytics with the downloadable ‘client’ analytics – what is the cost of acquisition, per source?
