__________________________________________________ Overview: Cripple Creek Emergency Services is currently hiring Reserve Firefighter Recruits. Cripple Creek Emergency Services provides fire protection, EMS, and rescue to the City of Cripple Creek and the surrounding area, covering approximately 56 square miles. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED and a Colorado Drivers License by time of appointment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check and provide an acceptable motor vehicle record from all states in which a license has been held within the previous three years. No previous firefighting experience or certifications required. All required training and certifications will be provided during the recruit academy. Preference may be given to candidates that already possess National Registry or Colorado EMT-B.
