CFP: Premier undergraduate conference accepting essays SHERBROOKE, QC – The Quebec Universities English Undergraduate Conference is accepting papers for its seventh edition. QUEUC is the largest undergraduate conference in the country, with previous delegates from all across Canada and the United States. Bishop’s University will host the conference in Sherbrooke, March 11-‐12, 2016. The deadline for students to submit essays is January 15th, 2016. We encourage students from all programmes within the Humanities (not just English!) to submit. Successful submissions will be high quality undergraduate research papers 7-‐8 pages long. Along with two days of panel discussions, QUEUC 2016 will include an array of social and networking events including a wine and cheese, English-‐themed Cranium night, and the second annual Bishop’s University Film Festival (BUFF).
About QUEUC Since its creation in 2009, QUEUC has become Canada’s largest undergraduate student conference. QUEUC’s mission is to provide undergraduate students the unique opportunity to share and discuss their research in a welcoming and engaging environment. Along with panel discussions, the conference offers students the chance to meet and talk with like-‐minded undergraduates from across the country. We hope you will continue the tradition with us this year!
