AGENDA INFORMATION At this time, TCSA and its affiliate organizations are finalizing the agenda. Plans include board and committee meetings and general membership meetings for all associations and affiliates (TCSA, TCHOA, TCCA and ACM) to begin on Monday, March 12, 2018. You will receive additional information from your affiliate association. Attendees will have an opportunity to attend the Monday night floor session of the General Assembly as well as legislative committee and subcommittee hearings on Tuesday. The County Government Day breakfast is for all attendees and invited legislators and will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. Cancellation Policy: Deadline is February 9, 2018. Refund of conference fee, less an administrative fee of $25, will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than February 9, 2018. AFTER FEBRUARY 9, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. HOTEL INFORMATION
No-Show Policy: Pre-paid no shows forfeit the registration fee. Billed noshows will be responsible for full payment of registration fee. Please notify TCSA by calling 615/532-3767 if you cannot attend. Substitutions accepted.
Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of individual delegates. Please make your reservation at the hotel by calling 1-800-222-8733. Group Name is TCSA County Government Day 2018.
Notice: In consideration for registration for this conference, the registrant, for self and others subject to the registration, agrees to hold harmless the Tennessee County Services Association, the employees, agents and assigns for any liability as to any injury, damage, or loss to person or property during the term of the conference and all times attendant thereto.
