CK เป็ นหนึ่ งในสามบริ ษัทรั บเหมาที่ใหญ่ ที่สุดของไทย และน่ าจะได้อานิ สงส์ จากโครงการโครงสร้ างพื้นฐานที่ ภาครัฐกาลังเข็นออกมา โดยใน 1H17 บริ ษทั เซ็ นสัญญา ก่ อสร้ างโครงการใหม่ รวม 4.81 หมื่ นล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้ น อย่า งมากจาก 2.41 หมื่ น ล้า นบาทใน FY59 เรามองว่า Backlog ของ CK ได้ผ่านจุดต่าสุ ดไปแล้วในปี 2559 และ น่ า จะเร่ งตั ว ขึ้ นในระยะต่ อ ไป โดยการเปิ ดประมู ล โครงการรถไฟทางคู่ใน 2H60 น่ าจะช่ วยหนุ นให้ backlog ของ CK ทะลุ 1 แสนล้านบาทได้ เรากลับมาดูแลหุ ้น CK อี กครั้ งด้วยค าแนะน าซื้ อ และให้ ราคาเป้ าหมายที่ 35.50 บาท คานวณโดยวิธี sum of the part Trading data Mkt cap (Btbn/US$mn)

Event เรากลับมาดูแลหุ้น CK อีกครั้งด้วยคาแนะนาซื้อ โดยให้ราคาเป้ าหมายที่ 35.50 บาท Impact ยุคแห่ งการลงทุนซึ่งจะหนุนกิจกรรมการก่ อสร้ าง แผนการลงทุนของรัฐบาลเพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของประเทศ และอัตราการขยายตัวของเศรษฐกิ จ ไทยที่เร่ วตัวขึ้นจะส่ งผลดีต่อ CK ในฐานะที่เป็ นหนึ่งในสามบริ ษทั ก่อสร้างที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศ และมี ความเชี่ยวชาญในโครงการก่อสร้ างโครงสร้ างพื้นฐานขนาดใหญ่ อย่างเช่ นรถไฟฟ้ า และทางด่วน ทั้งนี้ โครงการใหม่ๆ ที่ CK ได้เซ็นสัญญาแสดงให้เห็ นถึ งสภาวะการลงทุนที่ดีข้ ึนโดยในครึ่ งปี แรกของ 2560 บริ ษทั ได้เซ็นสัญญาโครงการก่อสร้างใหม่ไปแล้วรวม 4.81 หมื่นล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมากเมื่อเทียบกับ มูลค่าโครงการรวมที่บริ ษทั เซ็นสัญญาไปของทั้งปี 2559 ที่ 2.41 หมื่นล้านบาท Backlog ผ่ านจุดต่าสุ ดไปแล้ว และกาลังพุ่งขึน้ เราคาดว่า Backlog ของ CK ได้ผ่านจุดต่าสุ ดไปแล้วในปี 2559 และจบปี โดยมี backlog 5.67 หมื่นล้าน บาท หลังจากนั้น backlog ก็พงุ่ สู งขึ้นเป็ น 7.61 หมื่นล้านบาทใน 1Q60 และ 9.77 หมื่นล้านบาทใน 2Q60 เราเชื่ อว่า backlog ของบริ ษทั น่าจะทะลุ 1 แสนล้านบาทได้ในเร็ วๆ นี้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งหลังเปิ ดประมูล โครงการรถไฟฟ้ าและรถไฟทางคูอ่ ีกหลายเส้นทาง ซึ่งเราคาดว่าจะเริ่ มเห็นการประมูลเฟสแรกใน 2H60 ประกอบด้วยห้าเส้นทาง ได้แก่ i) มาบกระเบา – ชุมทางจิระ ii) ประจวบคีรีขนั ธ์– ชุมพร iii) นครปฐมหัวหิ น iv) ลพบุรี-ปากน้ าโพ และ v) หัวหิ น-ประจวบคีรีขนั ธ์ ซึ่ งทุกเส้นทางคาดว่าจะเริ่ มเปิ ดประมูล แบบ e-auction ได้ภายในเดือนกันยายน 2560 โครงการที่เซ็นสัญญาใหม่ ในปี 2560 จะช่ วยหนุนการเติบโตในปี 2561 เราประเมินว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ในปี FY60 จะลดลง 29% YoY จากฐานเปรี ยบเทียบที่สูงซึ่ งเป็ นผลมาจาก โครงการไซยะบุรีในปี ที่ แล้ว ในขณะที่ สัญญาโครงการใหม่ที่เซ็ นในปี นี้ น่าจะยังไม่ได้ช่วยสร้ างการ เติบโตได้มากนักในช่ วงต้นของการก่อสร้ าง แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เราคาดว่าบริ ษทั จะค่อยๆ รับรู ้ รายได้จาก โครงการใหม่ๆ ที่เกิดจากการลงทุนของภาครัฐ ในรู ปแบบของ S-curve และหนุ นให้กาไรกลับมาเติบโต ได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ งถึง 14% และ 23% ในปี 2561-62 ตามลาดับ Valuation and action เรากลับมาดูแลหุ้น CK อีกครั้งด้วยคาแนะนาซื้อ ให้ราคาเป้ าหมายที่ 35.80 บาท คานวณโดยวิธีSOTP Risks งานก่อสร้างล่าช้ากว่ากาหนด, เกิดปั ญหาขาดแคลนแรงงาน และต้นทุนค่าวัสดุก่อสร้างเพิม่ ขึ้น
