As the Chief Minister of the Northern Territory Iʼd like to welcome you to the Top End and offer my congratulations for choosing to study in one of Australiaʼs fastest growing and dynamic regions.

The Northern Territory is the perfect place to study and its capital city – Darwin - is home to a diverse community, ancient Indigenous culture and international cuisine.

Darwin is also an excellent place for those looking for work while they study. Its vibrant hospitality industry is always a welcoming employer of international students and backpackers.

You could not ask for a better lifestyle than what we have here in Darwin. Our year-long warm weather is perfect for enjoying the abundance of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, mountain-biking or just relaxing at the beach.

The Northern Territory represents the best Australia has to offer and I encourage you to visit our beautiful parks, pristine beaches and natural wonders Uluru and Kakadu while youʼre here.
