Forced Re-Enrollment
This setting is not relevant on CloudReady, as powerwashing and device-wipe are impossible. Administrators should secure the BIOS on CloudReady devices and disable all bootable media. If necessary, devices can be reinstalled from USB and re-enrolled as usual after install.
Sign in Settings
These settings control who and how users can log in on Chromebooks. They function on CloudReady in the same way.
Device Update Settings
These settings control how updates work on Chromebooks. On CloudReady devices they function the same, but policies are applied in reference to Neverware-provided updates.
Kiosk Settings
Public Sessions and Kiosk mode can be enabled and managed on CloudReady the same as they can on Chromebooks.
User & Device Reporting
All settings work the same as on Chromebooks except “Anonymous Metrics Reporting”. Neverware does not automatically collect usage metrics.
Power & Shutdown
“Power Management” and “Scheduled Reboot” settings both work on CloudReady as they do on a Chromebook.
Cloud Print
Google Cloud Print works on CloudReady the same way it does on Chromebooks.
