RECONSTITUTION OF THE MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATING PANEL FOR THE COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (CNA) WITH DEPED-NEU To:
Undersecretaries Assistant Secretaries Bureau and Service Directors Regional Directors Schools Division Superintendents All Others Concerned
1. The Department of Education (DepEd) hereby reconstitutes the Management Negotiating Panel for the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between DepEd Management and the DepEd-National Employees Union (NEU), to effectively implement the renegotiation of the CNA. 2.
The Management Negotiating Panel shall be composed of the following: Chairman Vice Chairman Members
Undersecretary Alain Del B. Pascua Assistant Secretary Revsee A. Escobedo Regional Director Diosdado M. San Antonio President, Philippine Association of Schools Superintendents (PASS) President, Association of DepEd Directors (ADD)
3. The Secretariat shall be constituted from the office of Undersecretary Chairman of the Management Negotiating Panel. 4.
