PRESENTER The workshop will be led by Jolene Lockwood, Director of Teaching and Learning and Cognitive Coaching Agency Trainer at Korea International School, Jeju Campus. Jolene has worked in the field of education for over 20 years as a teacher, technology integration specialist and instructional coach.

OVERVIEW Join us for the second four days of this 8-day seminar. Participants learn how to: ● Develop trust and rapport and an identity as a mediator of thinking ● Utilize conversation structures for planning, reflecting and problem resolving ● Develop teachers’ autonomy and sense of community, as well as efficacy, consciousness, craftsmanship, flexibility and interdependence ● Apply four support functions: coaching, evaluating, consulting, collaborating ● Use the coaching tools of pausing, paraphrasing, and posing questions ● Distinguish among the five forms of feedback ● Use data to mediate thinking
