For Management Trainee Positions (A)Any UG and (B)Two years full time Post Graduation in Management, Specializations preferably Sales, Marketing, Operations, Systems & Retail Management. For Other Openings: (A)Candidate should possess B.E/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc/B. Sc/B.C.A (B)All branches are eligible – Except Biomedical, Biotechnology, Bio Informatics, Textile Engg, Medical Electronics, Environmental Engg. Food Tech, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Pharma , Fashion and Fire Tech 2) 60% Minimum in 10th,12th,Graduation and Post Graduation. With out Back Logs Freshers
1) Problem solving skills, Good analytical mind ,Logical thinking ability, hardworking with the will / passion to Succeed. 2)Should have excellent communication Skills Additional Skills For Development related openings - Exposure to programming language / experience in programming language is most desired. Step 1 : Written Test Paper 1 : contains Arithmetic , General Aptitude and Reasoning questions Paper 2[Only For Development Openings] : After clearing Paper1 test, candidates must clear Technical test, which contains five programming questions. Candidates can write the answers for technical test paper either in Java or C or C++ or Pseudo code Step 2: Panel Interview
In panel interview our Hiring Managers will assess the candidates on Problem Solving, Comprehension, Analytical, Logical thinking areas. Panel Interviews will be done on the same day for candidates who cleared written test as per norms.
Salary
(1) We hire Freshers at 3 Levels in each available positions as, (A)Trainee Level (B)Regular Level and (C)Independent Performer Level. (2)Compensation depends on the level for which candidate selected, it will be as follows, (A)Trainee Level - 2,40,000 PA (B)Regular Level - 3,60,000 PA (C)Independent Performer Level - up to 6,00,000 PA (3)Compensation for selected candidates will be discussed and decided during the selection process based on the above levels and would depend on the candidates performance,skills and knowledge.
