Subsequently,the guidelines,issued vide Ministry of l{ealth and Family Welfare Notjficafion No.S.13020|U2UA,dated 18.6.2010.in pursuanceof the Personswith Disabilities (Equa1Opporhrnities,Protectiono:fRight and Fu1lParticipation)Rules, 1996, do awaywith the Medical Board in casesotherthanthoseof Multiple Disabilifies. 4.
