Registration I hereby register myself/my child for the BE PHIL Orchestra project of the Berliner Philharmoniker. Registration is binding.
2.
Participation in rehearsals I/My child will take part in the following scheduled rehearsals and performance: Thursday, 17 May 2018, 2-6 p.m. Friday, 18 May 2018, 2-6 p.m. Saturday, 19 May 2018, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, 20 May 2018, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday, 21 May 2018, 2:30-5 p.m.

Information on documentation of BE PHIL Orchestra The Education Department of the Berliner Philharmoniker (Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH) would like to have photos made and/or film footage shot of the rehearsals and performance of the BE PHIL Orchestra (hereinafter the “Project”) in order to make use of them in the scope of public relations activities. You and/or your child may possibly be seen in photos and/or film footage created in the scope of the Project. We kindly request your consent in order to be able to make use of the photos and/or film footage – as described below in more detail. The Education Programme of the Berliner Philharmoniker is enabled by our partner Deutsche Bank and has been sponsored by them for years. For this reason we would like to make available
2 selected photos from the Project to our partner; the Deutsche Bank may use them only in context within the scope of their public relations activities, as described below.

Consent I hereby agree that Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH documents the Project in photographs and/or film. I agree that photos and/or film footage that were taken during the Project and on which I and/or my child can be seen may be used for documentation and reporting on the education projects of the Berliner Philharmoniker as described below, only in context within the scope of their public relations activities: Publication on the websites of the Berliner Philharmoniker (currently: www.berlinerphilharmoniker.de and www.digitalconcerthall.com) Publication in social networks of the Berliner Philharmoniker Print publication in publications of the Berliner Philharmoniker (annual brochures, “128” magazine, information folder, postcard, etc.) Use within exhibitions of the Berliner Philharmoniker Archiving exclusively for internal documentation purposes I agree that Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH may transmit photos and/or film footage of the Project on which I and/or my child can be seen to their partner Deutsche Bank and may permit them to use the photos and/or film footage exclusively in the context of the Education Programme as follows: Use in print publications of the Deutsche Bank (brochures, folders, newsletters, etc.). Use in press articles and campaigns of the Deutsche Bank, the subject of which is the partnership with the Education programme of the Berliner Philharmoniker Publication on the website of the Deutsche Bank and on the intranet of the Deutsche Bank Publication in social networks of the Deutsche Bank. I also hereby agree that Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH may make available photos and/or film footage of the Project on which I and/or my child can be seen to the artist(s) participating in the Project for their project-related documentation (for instance, for project reports on the websites of the respective artists). A use of the photos and/or film footage for purposes other than those described is not permitted. If the Education department, the Deutsche Bank and/or the participating artists would like to use the photos and/or film footage on which I and/or my child can be seen for other purposes than those described, separate declarations of consent will be obtained in each case.

No attribution of names Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH commits to publish the photos and/or film footage without mentioning your name and/or your child’s name, i.e., in case of use of the photos and/or film footage, the name will not be published along with it, and, if the photos are transmitted to our partner Deutsche Bank and/or to the participating artist(s), names will not be named.
6.
Data privacy Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH will save your name and/or your child’s name. This information is stored solely for the purpose of associating this declaration of consent and a possible revocation of the consent (see on this under Clause 5.). No use of the data beyond this will take place.
7.
Organisation and costs Participation in the Project is free of charge. Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH will take over neither organisation nor costs for travel, accommodation or meals.

8.
Liability Participation in the Project shall take place at the participant’s risk. Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH assumes no responsibility for accidents and/or other damages that may occur during rehearsals, performances, or on the way to and from the places where rehearsals and performances take place. Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH assumes no responsibility for thefts of any kind (the general provisions of the German Civil Code apply with regard to liability).
9.
Use of the photos taken After conclusion of the Project, the Education Department will provide each participant taking part in the Project free of charge with a link to a download from the cloud and/or a photo CD with a photographic documentation of the Project. Use of the photos is permitted exclusively for private use. Any public and/or commercial utilization of the photos, in particular reproduction for a transfer to third parties and posting on the Internet, is forbidden.
10.
Revoking consent I can revoke the consent issued – also partially – at any time by e-mail or by post by writing to Berliner Philharmonie gGmbH, Education Programme of the Berliner Philharmoniker, Herbertvon-Karajan-Straße 1, 10785 Berlin. Otherwise, consent is granted indefinitely. In case of revocation, the personal data referred to in Clause 4. will be deleted.
