Sub: Proposal for organizing Indo-US Robo League 2015 Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to invite you for being the part of Indo-US Robo League (iURL), a qualifier for Robogames, USA (Worlds’ Largest Competition – Guinness Book of Records). Indo-US Robo League is a National Robotics Competition held in association with Aavriti 2015, IIT Bombay & sponsor by Robotics & Computer applications Institute of America. Technophilia aims at encouraging young minds to have a wide area of vision in the field of robotics by instigating youths to actively participate in the various National and International Level Technical Symposiums and Competitions. Exposure is a must to be a master in this field. To accomplish this aim, team Technophilia has come up with professional training programs, workshops and products to meet the needs of budding engineers. Here we lend a hand towards the technological growth of our country by exposing the novice to the technology that has never been explored in India. We wish to conduct the zonal round of iURL in your esteemed institute. o o o o

Tuition Fees ranges from Rs. 1000/‐ to Rs. 1500/‐ depending upon the workshop. The fee includes workshop training, certification, and event registration and a free Robotics Kit to each team and VAT taxes. According to the selection of workshop a robotic kit will be shared in‐between 5 members for the programmable robotics workshops. In return as a token of appreciation and a kind gesture for using your infrastructure and hospitality, we would like to offer 5% of the Tuition fees (excluding taxes) as sponsorship/donation.

Our Requirements for a workshop: • A single well ventilated big seminar hall/classroom if the students have their own laptops or computer lab will also do with sitting capacity according to the number of registered student. • Desktops/Laptops (at least one per group) for all the workshops. • PA (Public Addressing) System which includes – Mike, Speakers, White board & Markers • 1 LCD Projector per workshop.
