UPCOMING NOISE VARIANCE Andersen Construction is having an early morning concrete pour at the corner of 21st Avenue and Multnomah Street. The construction activity will occur on the morning of July 2, 2018. The setup for the pour will start at 4:00 AM with concrete pumping activities beginning around 5:00 AM. Construction activities will continue throughout the day as normal. We have been issued by the City of Portland a Noise Variance Permit for extending the construction hours from 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM at the above location on the date noted. You have a legal right to comment on our permit and may offer input or complaints at any point to the City of Portland. If we do not meet the conditions of our permit the City retains the right to revoke our permit. It is our goal to be a good neighbor and to comply with all conditions set by the City's Noise Control Office.
