POLICY: 1. The Board’s signing officers shall be empowered to sign contracts and other related documents on behalf of the Board.

ADMINISTRATIVE

PROCEDURES:

1. Contracts and other related documents will be initialed by the particular member of Administration responsible for verifying the correctness of the document. 2. In the case of projects being built under the “Construction Management” method, the Superintendent of Planning and Facilities is authorized to execute and approve contracts for approved projects, under the supervision of the Director of Education. 3. Where required, the official seal of the Board will be affixed to all documents.
