CORE GROUP MEETING RE: FINALIZATION FOR LECTU RE/SEMINAR "WEST PHILIPPINE SEA DISPUTE" KOMIKS TURN OVER, DEMONSTRATION TEACHING AND CONTEST FOR PUPILS AND STUDENTS ABOUT THE WEST PHILIPPIN E SEA

In line with the implementation of the K to 12 Education Curriculum as well as the Division's Programs and Projects in Elementary/Secondary Araling Panlipunan for School Year 2016-2017, the division meeting of Core Group for finalization in the lecture/seminar for West Philippine Sea Dispute will be held at Quezon City Science Interactive Center on February 15, 2017 at 1:00 o'clock p.m. The agenda are the following: 1. Reports and Updates of Working Committees 2. Finalization of venue and new information 3. Other matters It is requested that special arrangement be made to avoid disruption of classes as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled "INSTITUTING MEASURES TO INCREASE ENGAGED TIME-ON· TASK AND ENSURING COMP,UANCE THEREWITH" . Attached is the list of Head Teachers, Teacher Coordinators and Master Teachers both elementary and secondary for the information of all concerned. ADDENDUM/CORRIGENDUM TO DIVISION UNNUMBERED MEMORANDUM DATED JANUARY 31,2017 RE: LECTURE/SEMINAR "WEST PHILIPPINE SEA DISPUTE" AND KOMIKS TU RN OVER

For the information and guidance of all concerned, the new venue for lecture/seminar for West Philippine Sea Dispute will be held at Social Hall, San Francisco High School instead of Quezon City Science Interactive Center on February 18, 2017 at 7:30a.m. Likewise, MR. LEONILO C. ANGELES, Head Teacher 111-Araling Panlipunan, will be the chairman for the Accommodation Committee. '
