1. The General Nature Of This Proposal Student Leadership requests that The City Collegian enters into a formal agreement to: 1) report on all student events in which a press release has been submitted for in a timely fashion, 2) publish a list of the current clubs each issue, 3) publish picture & a biography sketch of every student board members (ASC, CAB, and SORC) at least once a year, 4) publish all articles submitted by ASC, CAB, and SORC as long as they meet the requirements that the collegian has set for their own submissions in order best represent and serve the student body of Seattle Central Community College. 2. Reasons For This Proposal Student Leadership has entered into non-binding agreements with the City Collegian in the past and the Collegian has not lived up to the spirit of these informal agreements. The content in The City Collegian should reflect the interests of Seattle Central Community College students as long as The City Collegian are funded by or allowed to use the resources of Seattle Central Community College. Part of reflecting the interests of Seattle Central Community College Students is reporting on events created by the students on campus, informing the students of the clubs and resources available to them, introducing to the student board members of the ASC, CAB, and SORC, and publishing articles submitted to The City Collegian by these student organizations.
