RE: Fall Craft Fair, Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 9:00 until 2:00 PM Dear Crafter: St. Paul’s is planning to hold its Craft Fair in September again this year while the last rays of summer are still with us. Weather permitting, it will be held inside and outside, which should allow for many more participants, and more visibility. For those of you who participated in prior years, if you have any suggestions as to how we can improve the Fair, please let us know. We will have lunch items, refreshments, coffee and tea for sale and a Bake Sale, most of which will be held inside along with some craft tables. Rental for spaces this year is $25.00 per one space. Pricing will be based on the number of spaces rented. Spaces inside the Church (Narthex) are on a first come, first served basis and there are only nine spaces available. If you bring your own tent for outside, (which we recommend) rental price will be based on tent size. For example: if tent size is twice the size of an oblong table, rent would be $35.00. The sale of spaces will be on a first come, first served basis. Your application will be numbered only after payment in full is received. Also, please bring your own chairs. EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: IF PAID BEFORE SEPT. 5TH, 2016, SPACES WILL BE $20.00 EACH AND DOUBLE SPACES WILL BE $30.00. Please remember this is a Craft Fair; we respectfully request that you do not include food items for sale, such as refreshments or baked items as the church will be providing food as a fund raiser. Our theme again this year is Red, White & Blue – USO. We will again be donating a percentage of our receipts to the United Service Organization. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the enclosed application and RETURN IT TO THE CHURCH WITH YOUR PAYMENT. THE DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT IS SEPTEMBER 12, 2016. We will make every effort to answer your call promptly. Crafters, we are doing everything we can to get the word out that we are having a Craft Fair; through the Newspapers, TV, street signs the day of the fair and Face Book.
