CWA+College Community College Class Application CWA is pleased to offer access to Community College Classes to students in good academic standing. Please note the following requirements prior to applying for CWA to pay for a college class: To be eligible to take classes, CWA students must be in good current academic standing (no “NG’s, I’s, D’s nor F’s from most recent term completed) and have been enrolled in CWA in good standing for at least a quarter grading period. For pre-approved college classes, CWA will pay tuition and general fee for up to $579.00 per academic school year. Any charges over $579.00 are the responsibility of the student’s family to pay. Course Fees, books, individual music lessons, supplies, etc. are the responsibility of the student/parent. College classes that duplicate existing services or curriculum (e.g., 24hr. Fitness, Odyssey courses) are not eligible to paid for by CWA. Students must comply with all community college requirements such as: applying and registering, testing, prerequisites, and Professor/Parent Permission Form for Students Under 16. In order to continue taking college classes through CWA each term, students must earn passing grades in the previous college class. Only credit bearing classes with course numbers 100 or above are eligible. In order to be considered, this application must be completed and turned in to CWA by: th September 11 for Fall term December 1st for Winter term st March 1 for Spring term
