Cyber Falls Sinnet

CLICK HERE to watch Paracord 101's Cyber Falls video. NEEDED MATERIALS: Paracord: Light Green = 5 feet, Purple = 9 feet, Lighter, Scissors, Pliers

1. Make a loop in the center of the light green cord. 2. Make a bend in the center of the purple cord and pass through the green loop. 3. Thread the purple cord ends through its own loop.

4. and 5. Tighten the purple cord. 6. Thread the right purple cord under the right light green cord and back through itself creating a halfhitch.

7. Tighten the cord. 8. Thread the left purple cord under the left light green cord and back through itself creating a halfhitch. 9. Tighten the cord. © Todd Mikkelsen, 2015

10. Cross the two light green cords horizontally. 11. Pass the two purple ends over, under, and through the light green cords. 12. Tighten the cords.

13. Make a half-hitch with both purple cords as seen in steps 6 and 8. 14. Tighten the cords. 15. Cross the two light green cords horizontally.

16. Pass the two purple ends over, under, and through the light green cords. Tighten the cords. 17. Continue the pattern to the desired bracelet length. 18. Diamond Knot - Coil the right light green cord in a counter-clockwise direction under itself.

19. Make a bend with the left light green cord and pass it through the right coiled light green cord. 20. In a counter-clockwise direction, bend the left light green cord under the right light green cord. 21. Pass the left cord through its starting bend made in step 19.

22. and 23. A Carrick Bend Knot has been made. Slightly tighten the cords. 24. Thread the two purple cord ends through the middle of the Carrick Bend.

25., 26., and 27. Pass the left light green cord around in a counter-clockwise direction to the back side of the Carrick Bend and through the middle.

28. and 29. Pass the right light green cord around in a counter-clockwise direction to the front side of the Carrick Bend and through the middle. 30. Tighten the knot, with pliers, as needed.

31. and 32. - Snip and singe the light green cord ends. 33. Diamond Knot - Coil the right purple cord in a counter-clockwise direction under itself.

34. Make a bend with the left purple cord and pass it through the right coiled purple cord. 35. In a counter-clockwise direction, bend the left purple cord under the right purple cord. Pass the left cord through its starting bend made in step 34. 36. A Carrick Bend Knot has been made. Slightly tighten the cords.

37. Pass the left purple cord around in a counter-clockwise direction to the front side of the Carrick Bend and through the middle. 38. Pass the right purple cord around in a counter-clockwise direction to the front side of the Carrick Bend and through the middle. 39. Pull and reduce the slack of the purple cords.

40. Tighten the knot with pliers. 41. Cut and singe the cord ends.
