Further to your latest correspondence, attached.
You initially corresponded to me 26 April 2017 as to Family Law – Property Law matters.
You placed prior to that correspondence a Caveat upon my properties on 21 April 2017.
You now need to remove that Caveat and confirm there are to be no Court proceedings, as if you were in a position to do so, you would have already initiated same.
Helen Raptis is not a person capable to instruct a Solicitor / Lawyer/ Barrister / Special Council under her own volition unless colluded / coerced upon to do so, nor can she sign any ‘mortgage consent’ upon property rights to which she does not have, nor on my behalf.
As you’ve already been informed, I currently submit to the Supreme Court of Victoria an appeal against - ORDER 62—SECURITY FOR COSTS - SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 (SR NO 103 OF 2015), whereupon, I view you / Zervos Lawyers have been, in turn, coerced / colluded upon by Arnold Bloch Leibler to participate in an illegality related to ORDER 62—SECURITY FOR COSTS as to your placement of the Caveat upon my properties and why it currently remains in place.
Unless you confirm removal of the Caveat and a cessation to commence proceedings, I’ll commence to prepare legal proceedings against you and Zervos Lawyers, as I view fit, in due course.
All relevant parties are copied here, including Helen Raptis, which you’ve notified against so doing, whom continues to inhabit my property – 25 Benjamin Street, Parkville, rent free, whilst Arnold Bloch Leibler seek to have enforced ORDER 62—SECURITY FOR COSTS. prior to any such final Order(s) being made by the Associate Justice Mukhtar.
