**Guests 21 years of age or older are not permitted to attend the dance **Middle School Students are not permitted to attend the dance At Olympian High, students and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a mature and appropriate manner. All attendees must agree to abide by all school rules and dress code. Failure to follow the rules may result in disciplinary action to the OHS student and possibly the guest (as outlined in this contract). In order to verify the understanding of the dance procedures and policies outlined on the first page of this contract, we require a signature below:

Olympian High School Dances All dance attendees and their parents and/or guardians must read and agree to abide by the following dance policies and procedures: Entrance & Departure:
Students must have a current high school picture identification card (ID), California ID or other valid identification (passport, military ID, etc…).
Any student bringing a guest who is not an OHS student must have a copy of the guest’s ID to purchase a ticket for that guest (attach a copy to this form)
Students must obtain their own transportation to and from the dance.
All attendees of the dance must leave the dance or be picked up within 15 minutes from the conclusion of the dance (no later than 11:15pm or 10:15pm depending on the end time).
Students, who are still at the dance fifteen minutes after the conclusion of the dance, will be issued Saturday School.
All students must arrive to the dance no later than 9pm. Once you are inside the dance you may not leave until 10:30pm (or 30 minutes before the dance is over).

All Saturday schools must be completed to attend the dance.
All Library dues must be paid in full to attend the dance
All Olympian High School students and guests are subject to random breathalyzer testing for alcohol or testing based upon reasonable suspicion at any school activity. Refusal to take a breath test will result in the student being denied entrance into the school event. No refund will be given. If a student is found to have alcohol in his/her system, the student will be released to his/her parent and is subject to disciplinary action. Disciplinary actions may include suspension, possible involuntary transfer to another school, or expulsion.(Per California Education Code #48900)
All students are subject to search of pockets, purses, jackets, and other possessions. It is recommended that students bring as few possessions/valuables as possible to avoid loss or theft. The law provides school officials with wide latitude to search students, their possessions and automobiles in the ongoing effort to maintain a safe and secure environment and facility for all students. In the event that inappropriate item(s), illegal substances, etc., are found in a student’s possession, parents, guardians, and/or local authorities may be contacted and the students will be asked to leave the premises. Additional discipline, in accordance with California Educational Code and Sweetwater Union High School District policy, may be imposed.
Simulated and/or explicit sexual behavior including but not limited to “freaking” and prolonged kissing is prohibited. Note: Music format will change if inappropriate dancing is taking place!
No outside food or drinks will be permitted
All school rules pertaining to conduct apply. Students violating rules are subject to discipline. Dress Guidelines
Semi-formal (dressy) dance attire requires that students wear clothing that is neither too suggestive nor revealing.
Shoes are required.
