Key steps for IFRS adoption transformation We know that the change of audit and accounting law of Georgia, as well as new regulations issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, that requires construction companies to have financial statements to be audited for government-related tenders, may cause Construction companies difficulties while preparing their IFRS financial statements.
