Matthew Rozier has joined the firm as counsel to lead the office’s intellectual property practice group. In addition, Phoenix-based partner Matthew K. His practice also focuses on patent counseling, procurement, due diligence, and post-grant litigation before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His clients range in size from the largest technology companies to early phase start-ups, and he has experience with a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, medical devices, industrial equipment, consumer electronics, communication systems, multi-media processing, wireless networks, and user interfaces. Donovan has been with the Phoenix office of Snell & Wilmer since 2008 and is a partner in the firm’s private client services group. His practice is concentrated in matters relating to family wealth, with an emphasis in estate planning and administration, estate and gift taxation, business transition, life insurance and charitable giving. In addition to lifetime planning, Donovan advises clients and their families in connection with post-death estate administration, will and trust contests, and estate and gift tax return preparation. The arrival of Matt Rozier and Matt Donovan follows other recent additions to the firm’s Denver office. Earlier this year, Partner Jeffrey K. Reeser and Counsel Adam A.
