The exigencies of the service so requiring and until the return of Undersecretary Pedro M. Alnanaor from his official mission abroad, the Finance Service Chiefs as well as those designated acting Finance Service Chief are hereby authorized to sign all pagers pertaining to their respective Services which are usually signed by Undersecretary P. H. Almanzor. Tiowever, all papers involving Administrative Cases and opinion on Local Taxation for signature of the undersigned shall be coursed thru the Finance Service Chief, Legal and Investigation Service.
This order shall take effect January 111, 1977.
